We all have dealt with the trouble of wanting to add an emoji and having to scroll through the emoji keyboard again and again. Instagram is trying to save us extra time by introducing personalized emoji shortcuts.

The social networking service Instagram has recently introduced personalized emoji shortcuts to its app that will put users’ most used emojis above the usual keyboard just when they start to comment on a post, providing them a quick access to their favorite emojis.

The emoji bar will not show up in other areas the keyboard is used such as responding to a story or adding a caption on users’ own post, reported The Verge.

The feature that has been in public testing since May was rolled out on both Android and iOS and is available in the latest Instagram update.
