Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has refused to permit Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a rally at F-9 Park on its foundation day. An official said that the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad has informed PTI that the administration would not allow it to hold a public rally at the venue on April 24, the PTI's Foundation Day.
