Two agents working for India's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) were arrested by Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) from Karachi on Saturday. According to SSP Khawaja Naveed, the two arrested RAW agents were trying to sabotage the completion of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The RAW agents had taken money from an officer in the Indian Navy. They also had maps of seaports and other sensitive areas of the country.
Khawaja added that the RAW suspects used special codes through which they would travel to India through sea. "Several fishermen are also helping RAW agents in the country," he added. SSP Khawaja said that Interpol's help will be sought by Pakistan for arresting the rest of the agents at large.
