Livestock Department on Sunday seized 200kg substandard meat during raid in Faisalabad. The raid was conducted following the efforts by the provincial authorities to nab criminals involved in selling of stale and unhygienic meat, reported a private news channel. Sources said that the authorities conducted raid in Sir Syed Town and recovered unhygienic meat which was preserved in the deep refrigerators without department's stamp on it.
