Mixed patterns on grain market

Prices moved both ways on the wholesale grain market on Monday in the process of modest trading, dealers added. On the cereals side, Makai after maintaining a stable trend, managed to Rs 125 to Rs 3125 and Rs 3250, Moong Punjab and Moog Afghan, however, lost Rs 250 to Rs 10250 and Rs 11500, Urad Burma also shed Rs 50 to Rs 7200, other commodities maintained week-end levels, they said.
On the rice sector, Irri-white picked up Rs 100 to Rs 2700-2800, they said. On the seed sector, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh low type was unchanged at Rs 2050 while the fine type shed Rs 50 to Rs 2100, they said. Rates were unchanged on the grams sector, they said.
