Fawad Khan’s Bollywood debut movie ‘Khoobsurat’ gave him enough popularity across the border. Four years forward, it now appears that a sequel of the film might be on the cards as hinted by the film's producer Rhea Kapoor.

Although the slight hint isn’t much but it’s certainly enough to give hope to fans. The famed producer, sister of actress Sonam Kapoor, was asked by one of her Instagram fans about a probable sequel to the 2014 hit to which the 31-year-old had said, “A little off topic but I miss @ghoshshashanka @sonamkapoor and @fawadkhan81 so let’s think about this”.

Soon after the movie got released, India banned Pakistani artiste working in Bollywood due to cross border tension.

Currently, Fawad has lined up to do a project with Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abassi for 'Maula Jutt 2'. The film was initially set to be released somewhere around this year.
