Modest trading activity was witnessed on the wholesale grain market on Saturday, dealers said. Most of the changes were seen in the cereals sector, Moong Afghan was lower by Rs 250 to Rs 11250, Masoor Dall low type gained Rs 100 to Rs 12600 and best type was up by Rs 600 to Rs 13200, Guwar Sindh was lower by Rs 50 to Rs 3650 and Rs 3750 and Guwar Punjab was also down by Rs 50 to Rs 3450 and Rs 3550, dealers said.
On the seed sector, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new dropped Rs 40 to Rs 2150 and fine variety, however, picked up Rs 50 to Rs 2250, they said. Prices were unchanged on the cereals and grams sides, they said.
