Falling trend on grain market

An easier trend prevailed on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of moderate trading activity, dealers said. On the cereals side, Masoor Canada was lower by Rs 500 to Rs 10800 and Rs 11000, Urad Burma followed same pattern, losing Rs 150 to Rs 7300, other commodities held the overnight levels, they said. On the grams side, Grams Australia No 1 lost Rs 150 to Rs 10500, grams Dall Australia No 2 shed Rs 100 to Rs 11600, grams 50x50 was down by Rs 250 to Rs 10250 and grams Dall 50x50 also fell by Rs 200 to Rs 11000, they said.
On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low type shed Rs 100 to Rs 3600 and the best quality was lower by Rs 50 to 3700 and Super sela Kainat low type was lower by Rs 500 to Rs 10000 and the fine variety held the overnight level at Rs 10500, they said. On the seeds side Til Regular was down by Rs 300 to Rs 3700 and Rs 4000, cottonseeds oilcake low type dropped by Rs 50 to Rs 2100 and the best type did not move any side at Rs 2200, they said.
