At least nine shopkeepers were arrested and fireworks recovered during crackdowns here on Sunday. The police following the directives of Chief Minister Punjab, conducted operation against the culprits involved in selling fireworks in Hafizabad city.
Nine shopkeepers were arrested during separate actions across the city and fireworks were recovered.
The police after registering cases against the detainees have started the investigation.
