Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) apprehended 15 electricity thieves upon the special directives of CEO Dr Rana Abdul Jabbar Khan in different areas of IESCO Region. According to the details 06 culprits were caught red handed from Islamabad Circle, 04 from Rawalpindi Circle, 01 from Attock Circle and 04 from Chakwal Circle. These culprits were found involved in power theft through direct line (Kunda System) and meter tempering. IESCO has lodged applications against power thieves under the new electricity (Amendment) Act.
