A delegation from China on Thursday visited the Regional Office of the Pakistan Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and discussed matters of mutual interest.
The delegation leader Xu Haijian while addressing the meeting said that Pakistan was an ideal destination of foreign investment and top priority of the Chinese investors.
Both Countries are strongly associated together and both countries mutual relations are based on solid foundations, he said. The economic globalisation and regional integration has provided enormous opportunities for further cooperation between China and Pakistan, he added. The FPCCI regional chief Mian Rehman Aziz highlighted various investment and joint ventures opportunities and said joint ventures with the Chinese enterprises would facilitate vital transfer of technology as Pakistan direly needs to upgrade value-addition process.
The trade delegations not only enhance trade and economic ties between the two countries but also a source of getting essence of investment opportunities so most important and right sector could be focused.
