Self assessment and hardworking are effective tool to explore the weaknesses and strengths of a personality that could help people excel in their respective field. This was stated by University of Agriculture Faisalabad Vice Chancellor Professor/ Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan while addressing the participants of a faculty seminar on self assessment organised by Quality Enhancement Cell, UAF. He said the University was recruiting teachers in order to lower down the students-teachers ratio.
