Young Doctors and Paramedics Association have continued their protest on 15th day in Quetta for the acceptance of demands on Thursday. The doctors across the province have boycotted OPDs and emergencies for about two months while the local administration is not taking any step in this regard. The ongoing protest is creating problems for the patients coming from far away areas who have demanded the authorities to resolve the matter as early as possible.
On the other hand, the government is appealing to protesters to call off sit-in but the doctors and paramedics are urging to first issue notification regarding acceptance of their demands. They have also warned of intensifying the strike if government fails to address their reservations.
