As a result of the efforts of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, house of a disable overseas Pakistani lady living in London has been vacated from the illegal occupant.
Giving details in this regard, Commissioner, OPC Punjab, Afzaal Bhatti told that a disable overseas Pakistani Mrs Sadaqat Rashid Chaudhry leased her house in Allama Iqbal Town to Nazir Ahmad who after expiry of lease contract refused to vacate the house. After receiving a complaint from Mrs Sadaqat Rashid Chaudhry, case was referred to District Overseas Committee Lahore, which took quick action and house was retrieved from the illegal occupant. Afzaal Bhatti further told that Mrs Sadaqat Rashid through a letter has lauded the efforts of OPC Punjab for eviction of occupant from her house.
