Catch up on Windows seven updates with Convenience Rollup

20 Jun, 2016

While it may not be Service Pack 2, new installations of the Windows 7 operating system just got a whole lot easier. Microsoft has bundled together all of the new features over the past five years since Service Pack 1 in the new package Convenience Rollup.
No longer must users take their precious time to update and install every update individually when re-installing Windows 7.
Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 must be installed in order to install Convenience Rollup. The Patch KB3020368 must then be downloaded and installed.
Then Rollup can be obtained through Microsoft's Update Catalog, which can only be called up through Internet Explorer.
The collected patches only impact Windows 7. Updates for Internet Explorer or the .NET Framework are not included in the package.
