The business community and entrepreneurs have hailed the swift incorporation scheme launched by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)describing it a good step aiming at ensure ease of doing business in the country and facilitate entrepreneurs for registration of companies. President of Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI) Fareed Mughis Sheikh eulogised the efforts of SECP to simplify the registration services to facilitate the new entrepreneurs.
He said that under the scheme, documents for the incorporation of a company may be processed on the same day as against two working days, if applied online with short memorandum and articles of association placed on the SECP's website.
Further, if the documents are submitted online under the Fast Track Registration Services (FTRS), the same shall be processed within two hours as against four hours.
