Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has seized Pakistani and foreign currency in Chowk Yadgar on Wednesday and apprehended two persons, who were allegedly running Hundi and Hawala business. The FIA Crime Banking Circle Peshawar conducted a raid in Chowk Yadgar and nabbed two accused named as Muhammad Asif and Bilal who were busy in business of illegal foreign currency exchange (Hundi-Hawala). FIA Deputy Director Rizwan Shah said. The raiding party also recovered 1billion and 5.8 million Pakistani currency, American dollars 19000, Iraqi Dinar 150,000, Saudi Riyal 42000, UAE Darham 125.
