Clubs Rooni and Donga have won the Inter-Academies Ramazan ul Mubarak Futsal tournament at the Model Town Football Ground. In the final, Donga defeated Robiniho by 2-0, with a goal apiece from the latter's Asim and Arif. In other match, Rooni beat Babito on penalty shoot-out by 5-4 after draw.
In his address during a prize-distribution ceremony, Mian Rizwan Ali, the President of the Model Town Football Association, called for promoting the game.
