Eid shopping in Hyderabad has reached its peak as people are giving final shape to preparation for Eid celebrations. Great rush is being witnessed in Bazaars and shopping areas since last four day and majority of the people particularly women are visiting readymade garments outlets, bangles, footwear and artificial jewelleries's shops.
The Eid congregation in Hyderababd will be held around 900 hundred Eidgahs, Jamia Masajid, Imambargahs and open places where the worshipers will offered Eid prayers and later exchange Eid greetings. The main Eid congregations will be held at Eidgah Rani Bagh, Cantonment Eidgah, Nursery Park Latifabad, Pacca Qila Ground, Homestead Hall, Government High School Circular Building, Jamia Masjid Saddar, Liberty Chowk, Jamia Masjid Government College Kali Mori, Liaquat Colony Ground, Mehran Ground, Noorani Basti, Affendi Town and others. The District police has taken foolproof security arrangements with deployment of 2000 policemen, 250 police commandos and 250 volunteers to ensure peaceful atmosphere during Eid congregations and Eid celebrations.
