On the recommendation of Departmental Selection committee the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani has promoted 33 Sub-Inspectors to the rank of inspectors with immediate effect.
A meeting of Departmental Selection Committee headed by Additional IGP was held the other day. The committee had reviewed the promotion cases of 33 Sub Inspectors posted in various regions of the province. In the meeting 33 Sub-Inspectors were recommended for promotion as Inspectors and the recommendation was sent to IGP for final approval.
The IGP in light of the recommendation of the Departmental Selection Committee promoted 33 Sub Inspectors to the rank of Inspectors issued its notification. The Sub Inspectors promoted to the rank of Inspectors included Sub Inspectors Saif-Ur-Rehman, Muhammad Imran, Syed Sageer Abbas shah, Fazal Rahim, Mumtaz Khan and Faqir Muhammad of DI Khan Region, while Muhammad Nawab, Miraj Muhammad, Amjad Iqbal, Mukarram Shah, Emad-Ud-din, Muhammad Ali, Kaleen Ullah, Muhammad Abbas and Bahramand Shah of Malakand Region.
Similarly, Gul Khitab, Zubair shah, Muhammad Rasan, Abdul Ghafoor, Zulfiqar Ali, Tufail Muhammad, Muhammad Munir, Sadaqat Nisar, Muhammad Arshad, Muhammad Asad Yousuf, Muhammad Zia, Muhammad Farooq and Muhammad Asif of Hazara Region, while Gul Shadi Khan from Kohat and Shafi-Ur-Rehman, Muhammad Yaqoob and Khaista Wahab from Mardan.
