At least five youth including four girls drowned while taking bath in a dam here on Wednesday. The bodies were recovered and handed over to heirs. Local sources said that four girls hailing from Golimar area of Karachi were enjoying taking bath in Thado Dam in Gadap Town when they went into deep water and drowned. A youngster present at the scene in attempt to save the drowning girls also drowned into the deep water of the dam.
Bodies of the deceased identified as Javed, Rehana, Marriyam, Zareena and Farrah were fished out, shifted to the hospital where they were handed over to heirs after medico-legalformalities.
