At least four terrorists were killed; arms and explosives material was recovered here on Monday night. SSP Malir Rao Anwaar said that reacting to a tip-off regarding presence of extremists, the police conducted operation in Sohrab Goth locality of the metropolis city Karachi.
During raid an exchange of fire took place in which four terrorists were killed. Two suicide jackets, two hand grenades, two Kalashnikovs and 20 to 25 kilogram explosive material was recovered from the possession of the terrorists killed in the encounter.
The police confiscated the recovered arms, explosives and bodies of terrorists killed in encounter were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
