The services of four Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs) of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) have been terminated while an Executive Engineer has been reverted to lower post of Sub-Divisional Officer after completion of enquiry against them on charge of poor performance and negligence in the duty.
The Hesco spokesman informed here on Thursday that punishment to these Sub-Divisional Officers and Executive Engineer has been awarded under Pakistan WAPDA Employees Efficiency and Discipline Act 1978 and Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance 1968.
Giving details, the spokesman informed that the post of Executive Engineer Operation Division Kotri Rasheed Ahmed Ansari has been reverted to lower post of Sub-Divisional Officer while their services of SDO Operation Sub-Division Khipro Ghulam Nabi Malik, SDO Operation Sub-Division Matli Munir Ahmed Soomro and Acting SDO Operation Sub-Division Tariq Ahmed Deepar have been terminated under Pakistan WAPDA Employees Efficiency and Discipline Act 1978. Besides, the service of Acting SDO Operation Sub-Division Sehwan Gulbar has also been terminated under Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance 1968.
On the Directives of Chief Executive Officer Hesco, the spokesman informed that seven officers have also been transferred by the management. The Deputy Director Transport Abdullah Yousfani has been transferred and posted as Executive Engineer Operation Division Kotri from where Rasheed Ahmed Ansari has been reverted to lower post. Shaheen Umer has been transferred and posted as Executive Engineer Operation Division Tando Allah Yar from where the services of Irshad Ali Memon have been attached with National Accountability Bureau. Additional Manager Yousuf Shah Khan has been transferred and posted as Deputy Manager S&I while Additional Manager Farooq Rasheed has been attached with Chief Commercial Officer Hesco. Waseem Ahmed Kotri has been transferred and posted as SDO Operation Sub-Division Sehwan while the service of Line Superintendent-I Muhammad Jumman has been attached with Deputy Manager Transport.
