Syeda Shafaq Hashmi, a BS-18 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), presently posted as Director Pakistan Housing Authority under Ministry of Housing is transferred and directed to report to Establishment Division, with immediate effect and until further orders, said a notification here on Monday.
