Future of Pak-Turk schools: PPP submits calling attention notice in NA

Pakistan People's Party (PPP) on Wednesday submitted a Calling Attention Notice with the National Assembly to draw the attention of Minister for Foreign Affairs towards the uncertainty about the future of Pak-Turk schools in Pakistan. PPP MNAs Dr Azra Fazal, Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, Muhammad Ayaz Soomro and Aftab Shaban Mirani submitted the Calling Attention Notice.
According to Calling Attention Notice, "We hereby give notice of our intention to move a Calling Attention Notice under Rule 88 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly 2007 as under: We would like to invite the attention of Minister for Foreign Affairs towards the uncertainty about the future of Pak-Turk schools in the country causing grave concern among the public. News about the closure of these schools is disturbing especially for the children studying in those institutes and for their parents. This is a serious matter and needs immediate discussion on the floor of the House."
