Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Police was observed to honour the sacrifices of National Highways & Motorway Police officers who died in the line of duty. Prayer ceremony, lighting up of "Diyas and Candles," wreath laying and display banner at prominent places to crown the sacrifices of Shuhada were held at Zonal Headquarter, Lahore and different places on national highways.
The DIG Mirza Faran Baig, SSP Masroor Alam Kolachi, NH&MP officers and families of Shuhada were the participants on the occasion.
