An earthquake of mild intensity jolted Malakand, Chitral and adjoining areas on Thursday but no loss causality of property loss was reported. According to geological wing of Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) tremors measuring 4.6 on Richter scale were felt in Malakand, Chitral, Dir and surrounding areas.
