Apple’s newly released iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max are yet again showing an issue where users are having trouble while charging their phones.
Some of the iPhone owners have been reported of complaining about a bug in Apple’s latest iPhones that they are not charging properly when plugged in.
Users were spotted reporting the problem on Apple Support Forums and on MacRumors that appears when users plug in their phones while the devices are in sleep mode and the screens are off. The phone then starts charging again when the user wakes the device by tapping the screen back on.
Users report poor Wi-Fi reception, slower speeds in new iPhones
Some users even reported to having both wake the device and disconnect and reconnect the cable to get it to charge. In some cases the iPhone also stop responding completely at some point after the cable is plugged in whilst the screen is turned off.
As per Mashable, Apple did not immediately respond for a request for comment.
