NBP, Virtual World (TRG) sign Call Centre Services contract

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) and Virtual World (TRG) signed a three years contract for call centre outsource services on Monday in Karachi. NBP and Virtual World (TRG) have already been working closely together since December 2012. The contract signed today between NBP and Virtual World (TRG) is an extension of the call centre services already being provided by Virtual World (TRG).
Both the companies have mutually agreed to provide exceptional call centre services to NBP customers nation-wide. The two companies have also agreed to work upon the expansion of the call centre services to provide prioritised services to their customers. The strategic alliance between Virtual World (TRG) and National Bank of Pakistan will offer tremendous services to the customers.
