Patronage, education and grooming of orphans are collective responsibilities of our society and we must encourage them to participate in functions like Independence Day celebrations, said Khawaja Shahid Razaq Sikka president Anjuman-E-Tajran city Faisalabad. He was addressing a function in Royalton hotel after performing the flag hoisting ceremony. This function was predominantly attended by inmates of SOS village and "Apna Ghar".
Khawaja Shahid Razaq Sikka along with Haji Abdul Ghafoor, Haji Muhammad Asim, Mian Rehan Arshad, Rana Mauazam Ghafoor, General Manager Saleem Mehmood and Fawad Alam unfurled the national flag amid beautiful tunes of the well dressed band. The band also performed in the front lawn where flag hoisting ceremony was held. The hotel management has also distributed Pakistani flags and decorated participants with badges of national flag.
