PTI's Faisal Wada escapes unhurt in attack

An eminent official of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Faisal Wada escaped unhurt in an armed attack here on Friday. According to police sources, armed men riding motorbikes opened straight fire targeting Faisal Wada's vehicle near Delhi Colony, however he remained safe. The PTI leader was on his way to home from an office of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) where he had gone to record a statement as witness in amenity plots-related corruption.
Talking to media persons Wada said he luckily escaped unhurt because his vehicle was covered with bullet proof sheets. "Some four men on two motorcycles surrounded and opened multiple fire at his vehicle," said another senior official of the PTI Imran Ismail was accompanied him in the vehicle. Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah took notice of the incident and asked the relevant authorities to take action against the elements involved in this crime.
