28 Aug, 2016

Prime Minister of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Raja Farooq Haider on Saturday called on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagrra at Governor's House and discussed matters of mutual interests. Talking on the occasion, the Governor welcomed the Prime Minister of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir and said that the Kashmir is the life line of Pakistan and the incomplete agenda of the division of Indian Sub-continent.
The people of Pakistan, he said, will continue their unflinching moral and diplomatic support to their Kashmiri brethren in this hour of test. The prevailing state of active movement amongst the people of the Indian Occupied Kashmir, he remarked, reflects their untiring spirit to achieving the cherished goal of the right of self-determination and the day is not far away when they would be able to achieve this destination.
The Governor highly deplored the atrocities at the hand of Indian forces against the armless Kashmiris of Indian Occupied Kashmir and said that in such a situation, human rights violations in the area are indeed a question mark, as far as the responsibilities of the free world are concerned.
With these facts in the back-drop, the Governor pointed out, the Prime Minister, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has constituted a 22 member Parliamentarians forum as a part of the on-going efforts of the Government of Pakistan to project and advocate the just cause of the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir internationally. Meanwhile, the Governor also congratulated Raja Farooq Haider for becoming the Prime Minister of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir with two third majority of the House.
