Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, presided over the meeting of Al-Mizan Foundation Advisory Board and Committee of Administration at Supreme Court of Pakistan, in Islamabad on Saturday. Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali welcomed the participants of the meeting and offered Fatiha for the martyrs of Quetta bomb blast incident and expressed heartfelt condolence and sympathies with the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
The meeting was briefed about the functioning and object of Al-Mizan Foundation ie a welfare body of Pakistan judiciary set up to establish, run the organizations, institutions and projects for the welfare of retired and serving employees and Judges of judiciary in Pakistan, except serving Judges of superior courts. They discussed in detail, different administrative issues relating to the smooth functioning of the foundation.
The meeting was attended by the Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan, Chief Justice Federal Shariat Court, Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai, Chief Justice Balochistan High Court, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Chief Justice Lahore High Court and others.
