Pakhtunkhwa Volleyball Association Tuesday named 10-member squad for the forthcoming National Women Volleyball Championship to be played at Sports Complex Karachi from September 1-5, 2016. This was stated by Secretary KP Volleyball Association Khalid Waqar while talking to media here Tuesday. He said the 10-member team will represent KP in the National Women Volleyball Championship and the team will leave for Karachi on August 30 in the morning.
He expressed the hope that the team would show good result in the Championship. He said they have conducted a two-day trial before short-listing final team. He said all the four provincial teams, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and all the affiliated departments with Pakistan Volleyball Federation will be taking part. The team comprising Samra, Warda Pervez, Aysha Aslam, Sadia Khan, Amina Bibi, Momina, Nida Shaheen, Anila, Urooj and Nazish. Khalid Waqar will be the manager of the team while Habib Ullah and Bakhtiar will act as coaches.
