Former BISE chairman shifted to hospital

The former Chairman Board of Secondary Education Karachi, Professor Anwar Zai, who was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a corruption case suffered a cardiac problem and was shifted to the hospital on Thursday. A NAB source informed here on Thursday that the NAB's investigation officer had to produce Zai before the NAB court earlier in the morning but he suffered a cardiac problem. Zai was shifted to Liaquat University Hospital from the Central Jail Hyderabad where he was imprisoned on the judicial remand since August 27, 2016.
