Apple is set to introduce a new version of its iOS 12 mobile operating system, iOS 12.1. With this new OS, Apple is introducing many new emojis along with the charging fix that few users were facing with Apple’s latest iPhones.

The company announced that the new software update of iOS 12.1 for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch will incorporate more than 70 new emojis, many of them that were much asked by the users.

New iOS emojis will contain emoji for red hair, gray hair, curly hair and bald people, more emotive smiley faces like face with hearts, cold face, while new animals such as swan, llama, mosquito and parrot, along with softball in sports and cupcakes and mango in food.

Users report charging issues in new iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max

The iOS 12.1 update is currently available as public beta, but will be available for iOS, macOS and watchOS in upcoming software updates later this fall, as per Apple.

Moreover, as per CNET, what’s more important is that the new update will fix the charging problem that some iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max users were reporting earlier. The fix has been pushed out for some iOS 12.1 beta users and will be presumably pushed out to others this fall.
