DSP, HC dismissed from services

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani in light of the inquiry committee report has dismissed one DSP and one Head Constable of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Lakki Marwat from service with immediate effect.
According to details the IGP on continues public complaints of close contact with criminals and misuse of power against DSP Muhammad Subhan and Head Constable Muhammad Sadiq of CTD Lakki Marwat had suspended them and had constituted an inquiry committee comprising on DIG DIKhan and DPO Karak to probe these allegations.
The inquiry committee after detail inquiry and fulfilling all codal formalities completed its report in which the allegations against the said DSP and Head Constable were substantiated and submitted its report to IGP Tuesday. The IGP in light of the recommendations of the inquiry committee has dismissed DSP Muhammad Subhan and Head Constable Muhammad Sadiq from service with immediate effect.
