Chairman of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday invited Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Parliamentarian Ali Raza Abidi to join his party. The MQM leader, in his tweet, had stated that differences between Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) chairman Mustafa Kamal and Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan are the continuation of the rifts between the establishment and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) led federal government.
Bilawal, quoting Abidi's tweet, stated that there is MQM-Pakistan, MQM-London and PSP in Karachi whereas there are PML-N and PTI in Karachi. Inviting the MQM leader to join his party, he said that Pakistan People's Party (PPP) is the only "real choice left".
"Totally agree. In Karachi we have MQM-London/Pak/PSP in Punjab they have PMLN/Pmln(s)/PTI. The only real choice left is PPP. Join us sir," Bilawal tweeted. It should be noted that the PSP chief on Monday accused Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ibad of indulging in huge corruption and demanded his immediate arrest "to steer the province out of crisis". He had also asked the authorities to place Ebad's name in the Exit Control List (ECL).
