Bilawal's Punjab visit plan deferred till end of PTI's sit-in

The visit of Bilawal Bhutto to Punjab has been delayed until the conclusion of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's sit-in in Islamabad, starting from 2nd of November. Reliable party sources said the party has postponed reorganisation parties in Punjab in order to get real advantage of the move once the PTI is over with its anti-government sit-in.
The party sources had earlier told that Bilawal was likely to visit Lahore on 18th of November to finalise the party reorganisation in Punjab. The local media has now projected November 30 as next date of Bilawal's visit with an addition that Qamaruz Zaman Kaira and Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmed have been finalised as president and secretary general for the PPP Central Punjab.
The party sources also confirmed these reports, saying these two slots have been finalised and a formal announcement is left on the part of Bilawal. Already, Makhdoom Ahmed Mahmood has been chosen for the part of South Punjab. However, the slot of secretary general for that part of the province has not yet been filled up and the name of Shaukat Basra is circulating fast in party circles.
Interestingly, the PPP circles are depressed with the momentum gained by the PTI since Raiwind March, saying they would not advise Bilawal to visit Punjab until a logical conclusion of the PTI's sit-in. They added that the party has finalised arrangements to welcome Bilawal during his visit to Punjab.
Meanwhile, they have also admitted that the PTI has registered its viewpoint against the government, saying the PPP would have to work hard in order to revive its past glory under the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto. Bilawal has recently announced Nisar Khuhro as President of PPP Sindh.
