There could be sit-ins across the country: PML-Q chief

Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) senior leader Chaudhry Parvez Elahi Thursday warned that if the rulers try to create hurdles from going to Islamabad on November 2, sit-ins will be staged everywhere and entire country will be locked down. While addressing a consultative meeting of party's legislators, district office-bearers, ticket holders and other leaders and also talking to media at the Muslim League House, Elahi expressed concern over the prevailing situation particularly Indian attacks on borders and terrorism in Balochistan.
He alleged the rulers for destroying national economy through lies and corruption. Now the rulers are after its security because national security institutions are being targeted and the institution responsible for national security has also expressed concern, he said. Among others, Tariq Bashir Cheema MNA, Muhammad Basharat Raja, Chaudhry Zaheeruddin, Tahir Sadiq and others also spoke.
