Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday taking notice of prevailing smog in urban areas of the country directed the concerned departments to take long-term steps to control the environmental hazard. The Prime Minister directed the Transport Departments to ensure reduction of vehicular emissions through strict inspection.
