President Mamnoon Hussain has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of seven brave Pakistani soldiers as a result of unprovoked firing by Indian forces. Strongly condemning the continuous truce violations at the Line of Control by Indian security forces, the President paid rich tributes to the fallen Jawans and said that their sacrifices will not go in vain.
In a press release, president said that India is trying to divert the attention of the world community from its ongoing atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir where it has been unable to curb the just struggle of innocent Kashmiri men, women and children. The President stated that persistent Indian barbarities in held Kashmir find no example in human history adding that the aspirations of innocent Kashmiris cannot be suppressed through use of violence.
The President said that Pakistan is fully capable to defend its soil against any aggression and its Armed Forces are always prepared to foil the nefarious designs of enemy. The President commiserated with the bereaved families and prayed for salvation of the departed souls.-PR
