Panamagate matter should be resolved in parliament, PPP's Chandio says

Advisor to CM Sindh on information Maula Bux Chandio has said that Panama leaks matter is in the Supreme Court and we respect courts but we don't want to be a part of it as we believe that this matter should be resolved in parliament. He was talking to the media earlier to "A dialogue for enhancing public police co-operation at police station" at DIG office Bhittai Nagar Hyderabad.
Responding to a question about the negotiations between MQM and PML (F), he said that before general elections, the alliances between the political parties cannot be ruled out and the meeting between the two parties could be in the same context. The PPP has deep roots among the masses and it is hoped that party would gain success in the next general elections with thumping majority, he said.
About the decision of Sindh High Court regarding heavy numbers of Advisors and Special Assistants in Sindh Cabinet, he said that the government has due respect of the High Court and announcing decision is the right of judges. The provincial government would move to apex court for grant of justice as there is no such decision which received by the provincial governments of other provinces of the country, he added.
About the powers of the local government, the Advisor said that all required powers would be delegated to local governments which guaranteed by the Constitution as the government fully believed that the role of local governments is very important in addressing the issues of the people, he said, added the Sindh Chief Minister and party chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari fully interested to grant the Constitutional powers to local governments.
