The Pakistani border authorities at Pak-Afghan border Torkham have foiled a bid to smuggle narcotics from Afghanistan and arrested the smuggler. Official of the political administration of Torkham told media-men on Saturday that the deployed personnel at Torkham stopped an Afghan citizen and searched his luggage recovering 10 Kg of hashish.
