Basis bids for hard red winter wheat (HRW) in the southern US Midwest were unchanged on Tuesday as fallen grain futures deterred farmer sales, dealers said. Ample domestic and global supplies, along with slumping Chicago Board of Trade corn and soybean contracts, dragged down K.C. HRW futures.
