The Met Office on Wednesday forecast mainly cold and dry weather for the most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. It said that the foggy conditions were likely to prevail over the plain areas of Punjab and Upper Sindh during night and morning hours. "Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country," it said.
Skardu with minus six degrees Celsius was the coldest place in the country followed by Hunza and Gupis minus four each and Gilgit minus one in the last 24 hours. Weather in the next 48 hours: Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country.
