An improvised explosive device planted in a bicycle went off near Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) in Tandojam here on Friday leaving two persons including a ranger personnel injured. According to Hyderabad SSP Irfan Baloch, the IED was planted in a bicycle and it exploded close to a rangers' mobile.
