CM Sindh announces grant of Rs 141.6 million to Petaro's Cadet College

The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that four points of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are democratic and constitutional and neither Bilawal nor PPP would get power/benefit but the parliament would be strengthened instead. He was talking to media at the 55th Parents Day at Cadet College Petaro, Jamshoro on Monday.
He said that there was no reason that our four points would not be accepted by the Federal Government. On a question regarding education in Sindh, the CM said that the Sindh Government was trying hard to remove the bottlenecks in improving education system in the province.
Earlier, addressing at the 55th Parents Day ceremony as chief guest, Syed Murad Ali Shah appreciated the excellent services of Cadet College Petaro in education and character building of cadets. He also appreciated the quality of infrastructure, facilities, faculty and learning environment in Cadet College Petaro. He said that the college produced renowned personalities and ex-President of Pakistan was also among them. He announced the grant of Rs 141.6 million, out of which Rs 40 million for establishment of language lab, Rs 100 million for development and Rs 1.6 million would be spent for employees' welfare. In addition to that he also announced to give two new buses for the college.
At this occasion, the Chief Minister Sindh gave away prizes to the position holder cadets in academics, sports and co-curriculum activities. The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah also inaugurated the shooting hall and new swimming pool in the college. He also visited the exhibition of club activities where cadets rigged stalls of their talents. The Chief Minister Sindh appreciated efforts and talents of cadets. He also witnessed the impressive march passed show, PT show, Chinese Kung Fu, Gymnastic show, Karate show and Horse ridding show.
The Principal Cadet College Petaro Commodore Mehboob Elahi Malik in his welcome address presented the annual report of the college. He highlighted excellent performance of cadets in the academics, sports and co-curriculum activities. On the occasion, MNA Malik Asad Sikandar, Rear-Admiral Farrukh Ahmed, Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad Qazi Shahid Pervaiz, DIG Police Hyderabad Khadim Hussain Rind, Deputy Commissioner Jamshoro Munawar Ali Mehisar, Professor Zaffar Leghari and others also presented.
