With only few months after Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 launch, reports about next Galaxy Note 10 has started pouring in with one of them claiming that the phone will come with a massive display.
Report from a Korean website The Bell stated that the South Korean tech giant might introduce its Samsung Galaxy Note 10 with a huge 6.66-inch display next year, marking the phone to have the largest size display on any Note or S series device, also larger than Apple’s iPhone XS Max.
As per Android Authority, though Samsung’s Note flagships always have larger displays as compared to the biggest iPhone. However, this year’s iPhone XS Max had the upper hand in display size with 6.5-inch as compared to Galaxy Note 9’s 6.4-inches.
Samsung CEO claims Galaxy S10 to have ‘significant’ makeover
According to the report, it is still early in the phone’s development cycle. Whereas, the report quoted an industry insider mentioning that while it is possible that the phone’s specifications will change over the next year, it is least likely for the display size of a phone to be altered after it has been decided.
Furthermore, this rumor isn’t the first one regarding the upcoming phone, it was earlier said that Samsung might kill the headphone jack from the Note 10. Also, it is believed that the forthcoming Galaxy Note 10 is codenamed ‘Da Vinci’.
Meanwhile, reports about Samsung’s next Galaxy S10 suggest that the phone will come in with three models in which the S10+ is expected to have 6.44-inch display while the other two will have 5.8-inch display, the same as the prevailing Galaxy S9. The S10 series are expected to be unveiled next year at Mobile World Congress 2019.
