A man killed his cousin and critically injured his sister with sharp tool on Monday in another honour-killing crime reported in Hadyara area. The girl was taken to a nearby hospital in an injured condition while the accused managed to flee, police said. In October this year, the parliament approved bill aimed at the prevention of honour-killings in the country, removing a loophole allowing killers to walk free after being pardoned by family members.
